who I am.

I serve as a thought partner in your equity work, through program design, evaluation, and implementation. I also offer DEI strategic planning, team facilitation, and leadership development coaching. My approach to this work assumes that we all live, work, make, and play at the intersections of privilege and oppression.

what I offer.

  • Equity coaching is human-centered systems change, where we unlearn the ways in which power corrupts us, recover from the trauma it can cause, and learn to steward it wisely. I work with small business owners, c-suite executives, team managers, and creatives to transform their leadership.

  • Unsure of how to improve diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at your organization? I partner with teams and serve as a guide through diagnosis, strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation. My process combines human-centered design, data-driven change management, and capacity building. Together, we’ll build trust across teams and shift your workforce and programmatic equity from a far-off hope to an ongoing reality.
